Nanna has more than a decade of senior experience in creative strategy, communication, and digital media. She has previously served as Head of Creative at Schjærven, one of Norway’s largest advertising agencies, worked as a campaign manager at London-based Goat Agency, and held the role of account director at TUG, a leading performance agency. Nanna brings strong expertise in brand strategy, PR, and media buying, and has led large-scale international campaigns end-to-end, from concept development through to execution.

Sofia is a senior designer with extensive experience across fashion, media, and design. She has previously worked as Senior Graphic Designer and Art Director at TV 2, and as Art Director at Bik Bok. Her international production experience includes collaborations with Gucci, Jo Malone, and Another Man, working under Tim Walker and Shona Heath.

Sofie has experience across a range of functions within film and television drama, with a background in set design, props, and production design on major productions including Kids in Crime 2, Rinnan, Tits, and Low Expectations. She brings a strong operational mindset shaped by experience in the financial sector, alongside a bachelor’s degree in European Business and studies in Criminology.
